So I've been having bluescreen errors on my laptop for a while now. About a week ago I sent it away for repairs, and it returned today.

Now, can you imagine what happened only a few hours after I got the laptop back?

It crashed again - WITH THE SAME FUCKING PROBLEM

Seriously, fuck everything. I'm so sick of this bullshit. Did they even try and fix anything?!

I'm so fucking done. I just want a functional laptop, is that too much to ask? The thing is not even a fucking year old!

So don't be surprised if you don't see much new art from me for a while. I really want to draw, but the situation right now sucks. The replacement I had during that time was a really old laptop of ours, and I'm not sure if photoshop even runs on it. I can try, but I dunno if it'll work.

EDIT April 11:

At this point I have sent the laptop away three times - and it still isn't fixed.

Three fucking times, and these incompetent idiots can't manage to fix it. Even better, after the second time they sent it back without repairing anything, and they told me the laptop is fine. Guess what, it crashed only a day later.

On top of it, they left some deep scratches on the surface of the laptop.

I'm just... really done with everything.

Fuck

I'm a bit late to the party. But I do have one potential idea for why you are having so much difficulty and the repair shop is letting you down.

When this last happened to me with a well used laptop computer of about 4 years, it was the hard drive failing. At first it did what it sounds like has been happening to you. Occasionally it failed outright. But then would "catch" and start normally. Later it would "fail" again. So it could occasionally pass testing, only to act up once again when returned.

What was happening was that the hard drive "reading arm" was not tracking properly. Eventually it would have totally failed if not replaced. Fortunately I kept all my important data on a separate drive. So when it finally went out, I only lost easily replaceable programs and customization (personalization) settings.

The other suspect would have been something happening to the mother board or RAM, but they easily tested clean in prior checks.
